Andy, a native of Carmel, Indiana, has dedicated his entire life to his hometown. At the young age of 13, he began his journey in the workforce, working alongside his father at Sundown Gardens, their family-owned landscaping company. With over 25 years of experience in the sales incentive industry, Andy has become an expert in helping businesses enhance their performance and boost revenue through the implementation of reward programs.

In 1993, Andy tied the knot with his wife, Sharon, and together they have been blessed with two sons, Sam and Jack.

Throughout his career, Andy has had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of companies and organizations, including Continental Tire, Kimball Office Furniture, AT&T, Cummins Engine, Merrill Lynch, Dow AgroSciences, Rolls-Royce Aviation, Finish Line, RCA, Forest River, and Farm Bureau Insurance, among many others. His expertise lies in designing, implementing, and managing multi-level performance improvement programs for customers, dealers, distributors, and employees.

Andy derives great satisfaction from assisting companies in surpassing their self-imposed limitations and achieving unparalleled success. He has had the opportunity to work closely with CEOs, Presidents, Senior Management, and leaders of some of the most renowned sales organizations worldwide.
